Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment plans at this time. Payment is due at time of services rendered. However, we do accept Care Credit which you may apply for online or in our office.
Care Credit® is a revolving line of credit that may be used at any time at our clinic. 3, 6 and 12 month same as cash options are available. Applications are available at the front desk or online.
To avoid any surprises at the front desk, always ask for an estimate before services are performed.
